Bug description: I have reached Exalted with Thorium Brotherhood, but I can only see the four recipes for Blacksmithing sold by Lokhtos Darkbargainer unlocked at exalted, I cannot see the recipes unlocked at Friendly, Honored or Revered reputations

all recipes should be available, I think now at friendly it shows a set of recipes, at honored another set and so on, but at exalted the vendor should sell the recipes for the previous reputation levels
I'm more disappointed because I had all of them in MoP but after everything was wiped and now I know I would have to wait a lot for the fix, it would be nice if a GM could give me the missing honored and revered recipes to me until it gets fixed.
