[Mage][All] Incanter's Ward

Bug description: Incanter's Ward should be 'above' all other damage absorption effects, regardless of application order. Meaning that if you have IW and, say, Ice Barrier on you the damage you take should be absorbed by IW first and only once IW is gone should it be absorbed by Ice Barrier. This applies to all absorbs like Ice Barrier, PW:Shield, Divine Aegis, Illuminated Healing etc.. Currently on freakz it's not the top priority.

"Note: You can stack these and IW will take dmg absorbing priority. There is no order to which you HAVE to throw them up. My experience has been that you can stack them either way and IW will always take pri for dmg absorption for it's duration."

Do we even have a thing like this implemented here? Priorities for absorbs? Nice find anyway.
