[FIXED] [Mage][Frost] Ice Floes

Bug description: Can cast up to 2 spells with one charge of Ice Floes used. I mean let's be fair, right? It has a 1 bug report, on MoP tho.
Proof: Was to lazy to edit it, slow it down etc. Buff removes after first charge but still I'm able to cast second frostbolt while running.
I noticed that if I'm to go backwards my cast will be interrupted, so to show you this bug I moved diagonally or at mobs directly and kept spamming frostbolt with one charge of Ice Floes.

i can confirm this and yes ice floes is and was bugged in MoP aswell.
the buff actually gets removed when the projectile hits the target that's why we can cast an extra spell.
