Mage low dps

I have problems with my mage. I tried to fix everything. gear, stat, talent, rotations, everything seems fine but the magician does not do dps. I followed guides, I studied the armory, I checked the most used specs. Can it be a bag on my character, can you freakz staf check please? If this is not the right place to write, can you help me? Thank you.

what about Fire spec ? and some delay on spells like ex: when i cast a fire ball and on last sec of cast i use Combustion and i dont get Hot Streak

There's nothing wrong with that sense? If the stats are okay, if the spec is right, if the rotation is right, if the gear is ok? There can not be any other problem? So how is it possible that I make half of the dps of other players with my own pg?

I was thinking of some bug. Something wrong with the software that altered my statistics. Seriously, I think I have and do everything right but I do half the dps compared to other pg equal to mine.
