[Mechagon Rare] The Scrap King does not spawn (wrong NPC ID used)

Bug description: currently, The Scrap King (who is the only source of Remote Circuit Bypasser punchcard) does not spawn. What is spawned is his MOUNT BOAR (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=151623&&name=the-scrap-king) which somehow has the same name, as shown on the comments on the boar's wowhead page (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=151623/the-scrap-king#comments).

The NPC that you linked is summoned once you kill his mount, in the same way as it happens on retail. Only issue at the moment is that you cannot loot both of them in the same daily reset, see here for more info and a picture which shows that it does spawn.
