Midnight`s Eternal Reins can`t be traded

Bug description: you should be able to trade`it within the group but currently it becomes soulbound, as you can see from the screen it aint having the "2h" text on it and he tried trading it to me and got the message "you can`t trade soulbound items"

This is an occational bug that happens, sadly we cant do anything about it.
