Missing item when logout

Hi,
i have a problem on my main character Rengotar - Felsong.
In the lasts 4-6 days i lose a random piece of equipment, though i put entire set in bank, when i logout from this character (whitout exit game)
There is something we can do?

Try to recover them there: https://www.wow-freakz.com/recover_missing_items.php
If your items don't show there, there's nothing we can do. We're aware of the issue and are trying to get it resolved soon, or at least guarantee to be able to restore the items, but for now, that's all we can do.

One more thing I forgot to add - the issue happens less likely (but it still does, just not as often) if you DON'T loot items into your first bag (first 16 slots of the inventory).

Not sure why, but I've quite extensively tested it and lost almost twice as many items when I've looted them into my first bag. By the way, moving items into other bags doesn't seem to help, make sure they never end up in the first bag in first place.

Hello again,

That info unfortunately isn't very useful, it happens with all items, regardless of their source. (As long as they are drops, it seems to not happen with items bought from vendors)
