Bug description: Missing from the vote shop (ilvl 15). Only obtainable from quest which was removed by blizzard so not obtainable ingame.
Proof:


As I talked with shocker on global items with ilvl <20 are missing from the vote shop. If you want I could make a list tomorrow with all the items that are missing.
