Regarding Burning Man, my experience is that he burns three dummies only the first time, if you drag him to the other dummies they will never get the debuff, also the debuff goes away fast

Looking at the "last completion" number this dungeon seems to be disabled since the beginning of 8.2, and I noticed today that I can't enter it on any difficulty mode (not even normal). Is it because the dungeon is marked "to be tested" on Trello or because of the 8.2 update?

It's closed due to a crash issue, but it will run back on as soon as possible.

We already started to fix legacy content in small bits in between other work in progress, but the fixes will be done in the expansion order, so it might take some time until it's fixed.
