[Monk][Mistweaver] Essence font HoT overwrite

Bug description: Thought it was randomly getting removed which actually isnt from this report https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Monk-Mistweaver-essence-font-heal-over-time-t566007.html, What happens is that if theres 2 or more Monks casting Essence font at the same time, The hot will overwrite the other Mistweavers Essence Font HOT which shouldnt (It should only overwrite if it came from the same monk, refreshing the Hot)

But what happens is that If Mistweaver 1 puts a hot on 16-18 people and Mistweaver 2 casts Essence font, Mistweaver 2's HoT's will overwrite (and remove) Mistweaver 1's Essence font HoT's, This should NOT happen

And also one more thing is that essence font doesnt attach to arcane mages in mythic keys. please see this matter through.
