Bug description: I tried about 30 times to use Fists Of Fury (about 150 hits by this ability) to proc Open Palm Strikes (azerite item trait). It triggered 3 times and refunded 1 chi but never did additional damage for hit, when i had all 3 azerite items with this trait. I'm not sure if 5% chance should be added if you have same trait on other piece of gear, but additional damage needs to be stacked. On the video there was 3 moments when it refunded 1 chi, but damage was still the same. (times on video when trait worked - 0:54 , 2:12 , 4:12 )
