Bug description: Its knocking way more then it should, ive got knocked from one side to other side of arena once, and even coming close to it knocks u way more then it should. Also you should be able to enter mid of ring actually for brief sec and cast 1 ability before getting knocked, but here if you stand in mid of it you are pretty much in buble for all meele attacks which is not fine.

I agree that the ring knocks you back more than it should -- from watching retail videos I would say 2x maybe..

Yes in 7.2 it was kinda useless(buged) since u could spam abilities almost... But i can confirm you that step kick and even sprinting to ring gives u acess to meele range abilities for brief moment of time that you can see on that video i posted, and i can confirme it from first hand as well.

Whats bad about all this is that they abuse it like its nothing...ruined the pvp experience for me.

Would really like to see that knock back to the other side of arena. The only way i can imagine that happening is on blade's edge arena when you are still in the air from mindless jumps that people are so much found of nowadays and you just get knocked to africa. That is what a good timing is called. Very rare.

And as for the video you've provided... After deep analysis I can tell that the Hunter used harpoon which is a fast paced charge ability. It will get you to the centre of the ring of peace due to the case of it pulsing the knock backs 8 times with 1 sec GCD.

If you do get lucky enough to charge in within that GCD you will indeed may have a time to lay a hit. That is how it works right now. Warriors have no problems finishing off monks who use ring of peace at low HP % since they are able to charge or leap in and use execute. Same goes for rogue's shadowstep, feral charge, monk serpent kick strike, etc.

As long as you use your charge ability you will be able to lay a melee ranged stun or finishing blow. If you dont have charge use ranged CC or kick if you are a caster. There is a point of this spell being 45 sec CD. Priest gets complete immunity to hits via Improved Fade with the same CD and he can move around in it as well. So who's OP now?
