Bug description: The buff from 4p T20 should appear if Fists of Fury end no matter how the abiliy is ended (either you interrupt it by insta using another ability or it's fully channeled).

P.P.S. Here I will explain why it should work as it is stated in bug description.
I took a fight from retail logs, these two links below

Take a look at second burst window, Serenity starts at 1:15 and ends at 1:26 which is 11 seconds meaning that it's extended by 3 seconds with wrist leggo.
3 seconds/0.3s extension per ability = 10 abilities cast in overall 11 seconds.

Now second link, please take a look at that same burst window, full Fists of Fury were cast before burst window to gain buff (1:15 - 1:20) BUT Pressure Point also appears at 1:22 which means FoF was cast while in Serenity. And there can't be full Fists cast (3.5 seconds) that would mean filling 9 abilities in 7.5 seconds. Rather impossible, isn't it?
Windwalkers were used to cast and insta drop Fists of Fury just to get Rising Sun Kick crit buff going during burst windows.

Thank you for very detailed report.

You should indeed gain set bonus Pressure Point even if you interrupt the Fist of Fury. So you don't have to wait all the way till the end of the cast.

That can be traced via sequencing time stamps of:
Pressure point

For example FoF casted at 00:00:08.916 and then Pressure Point appeared at 00:00:10.292. That is a 1.376 sec of FoF duration which was most evidently interrupted by player using Rising Sun Kick.
