Bug description: When Mounting on it, it spawn the vendors right inside of it. When you dismount, the Vendors arent disappearing. Let an idiot spawn them 100 times and we do have a problem

Confirmed. Can't replicate it the way you did bugged it on the video but I did it when you mount and dismount really fast and indeed the vendors will stay there.
