My game never remembers my settings

As said in the title my game never remembers my settings like graphics resolution or in game name please help if there's any way to fix this

Hello. This usually happens if you're not running the game as an Administrator, or you're running the 32-bit version on a 64-bit OS, or you have read-only enabled on your WTF folder.
