My hunt have very a small DPS

Bug description: I have 30 LVL artifact and 866ilvl clothing. I downloaded the addon hedd and he not helps to make my dps better. Before DPS was more 500k. Now my DPS fell until 200-300K. I think that for such clothing and artifact such DPS is very a small. I tried all the talents and spent a long time training on mannequins. Please help me to return dps to normal.

That ilvl is still low..only 30 traits and didnt even unlocked yet de 5% increase damage..
