Bug description: Cant turn in following quests @npc in Broken Dalaran, or through the item itself.

ive done exactly what im supposed to do before i even come to the forum.
deleted cache and relogged. still nothing. the quest even even listed when i click on the npc, but all my other [not completed] quests are listed. only nighthold ones are on the list.
when the quest item is right clicked a quest log window comes up like usual - the "complete quest" button is red, but when you click it nothing happens

Try to disable addons or abandon all of your other quests. That's what usually helped players in similar situations.
