Never get Altruis' Finding quest item after class hall mission

Bug description: I got a class hall quest that rewarded Altruis' Findings. The quest was "special", like the SELFIE camera one, a quest with only one follower, 1 min duration, 100% chance. When i completed it, didn't give me the item. The quest was completed normally, but no item. This happened with my main char (Rogue) as well as with an alt (A DK). Since with the rogue it was unexpected, i wasn't able to take a ss because i didn't know i wasn't gonna get the item, but with the DK i did. The screeshot is in the link below.
