Details: I finished the artifact weapon quest chain and did not receive an artifact weapon. I'm currently stuck with this quest called "Purity of Form" where I have to "Use the Forge of the Roaring Mountain to imbue your artifact with a new power" without any artifact weapon. Thank you for the help!
