[Northrend][Dalaran] Disarmed! - Fishing Daily Quest

Bug description: cannot loot item since fishing doesnt work in Northrend-Dalaran waters : Violet Hold pool, fountain or sewers.

Proof: easy to test.

yes its still bugged says can't be used here when u try to fish in the seawer

Interesting thing I found while randomly fishing:

The quasi-quest item "Bloated Slippery Eel" https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=45328&&name=bloated-slippery-eel can be caught in "Deep Sea Monsterbelly School" https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=192053&&name=deep-sea-monsterbelly-school in Borean Tundra near the icebergs. I even caught it while not being on the associated quest, but it didn't contain the severed arm when I opened it of course. Once I got the quest, it all worked smoothly.

TL;DR: quest works, but you have to fish the eel elsewhere.
