One of my characters cant login

Character name: Tauroneo
Bug description: i was using the character in an artifact quest of the mages tower when inside the scenario i failed i reloged and crashed the game with ERROR #132, i tried to login again and was the same error, i used unstuck on the character and when i see the main page i see he is en Dalaran but when i login again crash in the loading screen and keep showing the ERROR #132 window, the others characters login as normal only happens with my tauren Druid Tauroneo

If World of Warcraft crashes with an Error 132: Fatal Exception! message.
Please follow these steps to fix the problem:

-use the unstuck function on the website and select 'remove from party'

-delete your 'cache' and 'interface' folders

-Update your drivers to resolve any compatibility issues.

-Reset your user interface to make sure your files and addons are not corrupted.

-Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.

-Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs, which may mistakenly identify the login module as a security threat.

-Overheating can cause performance issues, game crashes, and full computer lockups. Check for overheating components.
