Bug description:
Nazgrel does not offer this quest despite having done the prerequisite quest (Doorway to the Abyss). The quest's page lists a seemingly broken quest (Mission: Be the Messenger; notice the INVALID_ITEM as requirement) as a prerequisite instead. This quest mentions the Legion Missive, which is actually a quest item in Vile Plans.

This quest is required for the achievement To Hellfire and Back (https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=1271&&name=to-hellfire-and-back) and is one of two quests that make it unobtainable on the Horde side at the moment.

This quest does not lead to Cruel's Intentions, to get Cruel's Intentions, you do Return to Thrallmar then Forge Camp: Mageddon then Cannons of Rage and finally Doorway to the Abyss. After this you get it, wanted to clear that up because me and friend got very confused.

Quest Mission: To be Messenger (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=10135&&&&name=mission-be-the-messenger) should never be needed to complete this quest. In order to do this q, you should only need to do The Agony and the Darkness (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=10389&&name=the-agony-and-the-darkness) and Doorway to the Abyss (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=10392&&name=doorway-to-the-abyss).
