PVE vs PVP trinket for PVP.

I'm completely new to the expansion and i just recently browsed everything in the raid journal and i found those interesting OP trinkets. So my question is. PVP or PVE trinket for PVP? coz in pvp there's this resillience and pvp power so im kinda confused.

PVP trinks for the pvp power and resil. It's a must!
PVE trinks receive a downgrade when doing pvp and are not helping that much.
