PVP: Alliance or Horde?

Hi, i'm new. I play only PvP, and i would like to know which faction is better.

The majority of the pvp players are on ally side but the horde keeps their flags up with some very good pvp guilds. But battlegrounds and 3v3 soloq are crossfaction so it doesnt matter what side you are. There are good pvp guilds on the both sides so its only your choice.

If you're playing a DPS i'll recommend you to play as Human since you have bigger advantage than other races due to the racial "Every Man For Himself" which is a free "PvP Trinket",so you can use two dps trinkets than buying the so-called "PvP Trinket".So i'd say go for alliance,but like Madau said,if you're talking from balance side,there is balance regardless of which faction you choose.If you need help choosing faction/race for your class/spec,you can ask here and i'll help you with what i can.

If you are aiming for high rated 2s/3s then definitely Alliance since like 95% of high rated arena players are there.
