You are a pandaren. Born and raised on the mysterious Wandering Isle. While many of your fellow pandaren prefer a tranquil life, the lure of adventure burns in your blood. Recently, the Wandering Isle has begun erratically weaving about the world's oceans. The air grows cold and your island home is spiraling towards disaster... As one of the most promising of students at Master Shang's monastery, you may just be the salvation for your people. But first, you must complete your training...

2. The Lesson of the Sandy Fist - use x5 Training Targets to better yourself in combat
3. The Lesson of Stifled Pride - challenge and defeat x6 Huojin Trainee or Tushui Trainee
4. The Lesson of the Burning Scroll - right after taking the quest the Master's Flame will spawn and you'll have to "steal" it; afterwards go upstairs and "burn" the Edict of Temperance
5. The Disciple's Challenge - challenge and defeat Jaomin Ro
6. Aysa of the Tushui - find and speak to Merchant Lorvo
7. Items of Utmost Importance - recover x6 Stolen Training Supplies

• The Missing Driver - find and rescue Min Dimwind off to the north cliffs
8. The Way of the Tushui - protect Aysa Cloudsinger and defeat all the NPCs that spawn and try to attack her
9. Ji of the Huojin - find and speak to Ji Firepaw
10. The Way of the Huojin - defeat x8 Fe-Feng Hozen -or- Fe-Feng Brewthief -or- Fe-Feng Leaper
11. Kindling the Fire - gather x5 Loose Dogwood Roots

• Fanning the Flames - use quest item near the Wind Stone to summon and loot the Living Air
12. The Spirit's Guardian - find and speak to Master Li Fei
13. The Challenger's Fires - light up your torch from the Brazier of the Flickering Flame and use it on the Brazier of the Violet Flame, Brazier of the Blue Flame and Brazier of the Red Flame
14. Only the Worthy Shall Pass - defeat Master Li Fei (note: taking the quest will buff you with the power of the flames, that will help you defeat him)
15. Huo, the Spirit of Fire - go up the ramp, open the fire wall (might require a couple of spams) and use the quest item on Huo
16. The Passion of Shen-zin Su - leave the cave and go to the Temple of Five Dawns, to Master Shang Xi
17. The Singing Pools - you can find Aysa meditating in one of the water ponds
18. The Lesson of Dry Fur - jump from Pole to Pole to get to the Training Bell

• The Lesson of the Balanced Rock - jump onto poles and defeat x6 Tushui Monks
  
• Stronger Than Reeds - collect x8 Hard Tearwood Reeds
19. Finding an Old Friend - speak to Old Man Liang
20. The Sun Pearl - collect the Sun Pearl

• The Sting of Learning - defeat x6 Water Pincers
21. Shu, the Spirit of Water - use the quest item near the glowing crystal to coax the water spirit and reach him at the Pools of Reflection
22. A New Friend - speak with Shu to play
23. The Source of Our Livelihood - reach the Dai-Lo Farmstead and speak to Ji Firepaw
24. Rascals - defeat x10 Plump Virmen -and/or- Plump Carrotcruncher

• Still Good! - gather x3 of the following: Stolen Carrots, Uprooted Turnips and Pilfered Pumpkins
25. Missing Mallet - loot the Dai-Lo Recess Mallet

• Stronger Than Wood - gather x12 Discarded Wood Planks
26. Raucous Rousing - strike the Gong
27. Not In the Face! - speak to Shu to have him wake Wugou
28. The Spirit and Body of Shen-zin Su - return to the Temple of Five Dawns, to Master Shang Xi
29. Morning Breeze Village - you are moved onto the bridge... follow Ji Firepaw and reach the Morning Breeze Village
30. Rewritten Wisdoms - burn x5 Defaced Scrolls of Wisdom

• Tools of the Enemy - retrieve x8 Paint Soaked Brushes from Fe-Feng Wisemen
  
• Stronger Than Stone - gather x12 Abandoned Stone Blocks
31. The Direct Solution - defeat x20 Fe-Feng Ruffians -or/and- Fe-Feng Firethieves

• Do No Evil - defeat Ruk-Ruk
  
• Monkey Advisory Warning - recover x8 Stolen Fireworks
  
• Stronger Than Bone - return to Jojo Ironbrow, back in the village
32. Balanced Perspective - walk on the ropes near the docks and reach Aysa
33. Dafeng, the Spirit of Air - go south of village until you reach the entrance to the Chamber of Whispers; enter the chamber (you may need to "fight through the winds") and reach Dafeng
34. Battle for the Skies - taking the quest will spawn Zhao-Ren outside the temple; in battling him you will be helped by Aysa and Ji
35. Worthy of Passing - follow Master Shang Xi and battle the Guardian of the Elders
36. Unwelcome Nature - defeat x8 Thornbranch Scamps

• Small, But Significant - retrieve x8 Kun-Pai Ritual Charms
37. Passing Wisdom - listen to Master Shang Xi's story and follow the path to the Hot Air Balloon and Aysa
38. The Suffering of Shen-zin Su - interact with Shang Xi's Hot Air Balloon and experience the ride around Shen-zin Su (note: active sound would be a plus experience)
39. Bidden to Greatness - exit the temple, follow the road and open the Mandori Village Gate, followed by the Pei-Wu Forest Gate, whilst keep going into the forest to find Wei Palerage
40. Preying on the Predators - defeat x9 Pei-Wu Tigers

• Stocking Stalks - gather x10 Broken Bamboo Stalks
41. Wrecking the Wreck - find and speak to Makael Bay (giggles*)
42. Handle With Care - obtain x6 Packed Explosion Charges

• Evil from the Seas - defeat x8 Darkened Horror -and/or- Darkened Terror
43. Urgent News - reach Delora Lionheart
44. None Left Behind - save x3 Injured Sailors of the Skyseeker

• Medical Supplies - recover x8 Alliance Medical Supplies
  
• From Bad to Worse - defeat x8 Deepscale Tormentors
45. An Ancient Evil - help Aysa defeat Vordraka, the Deep Sea Nightmare
46. Risking It All - you only have to be near Aysa and Ji to observe the removal of Shen-zin Su's "thorn" (note: try to stay close to Aysa to experience a big "boom")
47. The Healing of Shen-zin Su - Alliance and Horde healers will spawn and you will have to protect them whilst they heal Shen-zin Su (tip: rely on Delora and Korga more, take breaks to eat and replenish HP)
48. New Allies - return to the Temple of Five Dawns and speak to the Spirit of Master Shang Xi
49. A New Fate - choose your faction: Alliance -or- Horde

If you have chosen the Alliance, you are teleported to Stormwind, where Aysa Cloudsinger awaits with the introduction quest chain:
Joining the Alliance - reach Stormwind Keep and speak to the King
The Alliance Way - follow Varian and listen to his "advice"
An Old Pit Fighter - do damage to the King of Stormwind in order to conclude your initiation

If you have chosen the Horde, you are teleported to Orgrimmar, where Ji Firepaw awaits with the introduction quest chain:
Joining the Horde - reach Grommash Hold and speak to the Warchief
The Horde Way - follow Garrosh and listen to his "demands"
Hellscream's Gift - go with Ji Firepaw to the Valley of Honor, to meet up with Garrosh, where you and Ji will have to defeat Oggax, Gadoon and Frozengore (note: the event is triggered by a certain entity, inside the arena, so in some cases players could be asked to wait 2 minutes or so for it to trigger)

All done! If you are an Alliance member you will have to visit the Hero's Board Call in Trade District, whilst if you've chosen to become a Horde champion visit the Warchief's Board Call in the Valley of Strength.

Hi, so the quest 'an old fighter cannot be completed' which is very true however, does that mean that pandaren's are not able to access their guild tabs ingame then since i can't do that until I 'choose a faction' which leaves that quest out???

On legion, that quest doesn't work, you can skip it.
