Bug description: Parjesh's Medallion gives you the double amount of stamina when you are in tank spec. (Blood)
But works normal in DPS spec. (Frost)
This trinket in my screenshot is just 820 but a 900+ version of this would be totally gamebreaking as tank.

It doesn't. Look at the green text (points added by using items).
The amount added by the trinket is 1457 Stamina.
Check your screenshots: 20858 - 19401 = 1457
