Perobas the Bloodthirster rare spawn - Howling Fjord

Bug description: Well the question does this rare spwan exist ? ive been flying around for over an hour using the cords that it says it should spawn at the Npc finder

Even used macro /tar Perobas the Bloodthirster and i'm a hunter do i can easy see the mobs on my mini map also, but niw after an hour i wonder is it bugged? as it says its alive? or is it spwaned somewhere where it shouldn't be?

According to the database he has a pool spawn on 3 locations and is active, but as you said he's impossible to find.
