Bug description: Shining Force pushes the mobs in weird ways, but I don't really know what causes this thing to happen. In the 1st video, the ability should've pushed the mobs much further away, in the 2nd one, the mobs should've gone up on the stairs, not behind me.

It is just terrain issues, same reason why you can't blink on certain places. it would require a massive rework, so it is not gonna get changed since this patch is not gonna be long either. Rejected.
