Problem after getting all my Artifact Weapons by in game mail

If you remember, I didn't get my Artifact Weapons at the end of the Monk Scenario and you sent them to me with the in game mail.
I thank you for that, you helped me a lot, but now I have another problem. I cannot see and get any Quest regarding the Scouting Map and my Followers in Monk's Class Hall. Maybe there is a problem because you have to flag my "Into The Heavens" quest (id= 40570) as Completed in order to unlock the next quests. Can you please check it and help me?
(I didn't know where to post this problem, so I post it here, as I think it has to do with my Artifact Weapons which I got them by mail...)

Any news about my problem? Can you please check why I cannot see and get any Quest in my Class Hall? I want to advance my Monk and cannot continue without getting the Class Hall quests and access to the Scouting Map and my Followers (I cannot see any of them at the moment...). Please help me!!!
