Problems with connecting for the past months

For the past months I couldn't connect to the server by any normal means. Everytime I wanted to connect, I had to connect to a VPN for the connection to work.
I try to connect for my home? "You have been disconnected. (BLZ51900001)
I try to connect with VPN? Works
I try to connect from a friends house on the same laptop? Works
I even reinstalled the whole game to see if that was the problem, but the results are the same.
It all started since those DDOS attacks that happened a couple of months ago. I spammed the connect button a lot then just to connect and be in time for my raids and maybe the system thought I am also an attacker so it banned my IP ?
Most likely it is an IP problem so could you please unban mine?
