Problems with in game account

My account are bugged, banned or damaged?

I have a serious problem with my account, the game dont save nothing about my account, so when i do "/reload" all the settings are on default, equal when i change characters in game.
I try when my brother account and is like a normal account, u can configurate addons, change keys blinding and do macros all normal. But on my account i cant do anything of that... pls help me i know that is no a pc problem.

Did you try to relog after finishing managing your settings that might help

Yes i try all (reload, .save, relog in a alter and back with main) but nothing work, and when a time /reload the settings back to default, macros are lost, keyblinding, macros... is like server dont save any setting on my characters and account
I thing, if u can check someting my account, because when i use my bro account,work fine can make macros, move addons, configure all, relog and all still here whith no problems.
there is no a "big" problem but, i can play how i like it and is dificult.
