Public PTR

When a new PVE instance/wing/boss is implemented, in my opinion, the PTR should be public/open to everyone who want to test it and help with script improvement by posting bugs. The access can be limited 1-2-3 weeks for everyone who want to test the mechanics.
I see that currently this privilege is guaranteed to a limited number of players or a guild.
Please let the staff know your opinion regarding this suggestion.

Public test realm is useless, we had that before and it was a complete fail, almost nobody was doing actual tests, just getting free gear and wandering around. Just makes our job harder with testings / restarts / etc there
