Bug description: I bought bars from action house, but can't complete these quests. I tried to clear cache and relog and no solution.

Do you still have this issue? I can't reproduce it, for me it correctly counts required items.

It worked, but i had to retake quest to complete, cause if you take quest and buy those items they not get signed, they get signed only if you create them from begin. It's a semi-bug.
