Bug description: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=63895&&name=shan-ze-cloudrider needed for the quest is missing, also there are some npc in the same place called Shan'ze Cloudrunnner instead of rider but quest item dont work on them

Needed for the achivment : Loner and a rebel ( ITS THE ONLY QUEST THAT DONT WORK !!! )
