[Quest] [Shaman Class Order Hall] A Ring Unbroken

Bug description: The quest is complete, but i can't submit the quest because NPC is not up. And i can't finish scenario for submit this quest to Thrall.

posted a bug report yesteday they said they fixed it i guess they didnt well i guess we have to wait more

They fixed the quest by ending it but no npc to complete the quest, the npc should be in class hall but it Dalaran and nowere to bee seen, yea wait

The quest is auto-complete until we fully fix the class hall intro scenario.

When you turn in A Ring Unbroken you're teleported in class hall (use the class hall portal if you already turned it in), you can continue the chain from there now.

Live after next restart.
