Bug description: Using the quest object drum does nothing in the quest zone; however, you can get the Mature Bone Sifters to appear in the websacs to the east as random spawns.

I can confirm this is not working yet with the item meant for quest...but works as it's mentioned above in the websacs, but only with this quest up - https://tbc.wowhead.com/quest=10873/taken-in-the-night
Otherwise is not working anymore...once you complete the one I mentioned. I try to use the quest item in all spawn points present on map...nothing
