Question about Demon Hunter and skipping the starting zone.

Hi everyone. So I have a booster Demon Hunter since I availed of the migration. My demon hunter started at lv 105 and I spawned at Orgrimmar. Now, I just recently discovered that my Hearthstone sends me back to the Demon Hunter starting zone of Mardum, like normally where newly created demon hunters spawn, and there are quests there.

My question is, do I still need to do those quests in the starting zone? I already have my artifact weapon and all, and on my Demon Hunter campaign i'm already at the quest where you need to collect 100 fel blood. Just wanna ask before I set my hearthstone to somewhere since I will not be able to go back again. Thanks

Finishing up the DH starting zone is not mandatory.
