Yes i can confirm this. Also trinkets from ToV should only proc crit,haste and mastery + tertiary stats if u are lucky and here it gives u combined stats which is a problem. And from what ive seen u can not get a crit stat stick trinket from ToV nor WQs, pure crit i mean. Please fix this makes it cancer for dhs and other classes.
