[REJECTED] Alchemy Quest-Line Bug

Bug description: Hi, I've been doing the Alchemy quest-line to get the flasks and after I've done the quest [We Need More Powder] Daecus Valdera, the alchemy trainer should be giving the next quest [Felorn Filter] but He is not showing any quest.
I've talked with 3 GM's in the past week when I've found this bug trying to figure out if is a bug and trying to solve it ingame erasing cache and the common ways but anything worked.
As the quest-chain is described in the Freakz guides as even in the retail guides that's the order of the quest so I assume that's a bug, here's the report & hopes It gets fixxed soon .

This could be a personal bug as I got this quest, just few days ago, with no hiccups on my Alchemist.

Please check whether this quest has been completed already using the following command:
