Tested the issue +- 20 times myself, could not replicate. Will leave the topic open to see if more people are experiencing a similar issue.

I can give some more info about this as it did happen in HC as well, but I didn't pay attention to it since I only needed last boss. Actually in HC run both spider boss and Ivanyr didn't count. I'll record my Arcway runs in future, so if this happens again I'll post here.

It's been like 10 days, seeing that no one has posted anything I'm going to assume it was just a one-time thing.
