Bug description: scepter of storms won't drop on Lady Hatecoil in any dungeon difficulty, normal, heroic, mythic on party mode also no drop trigger on Lady Hatecoil as seen in the screenshot.

Scepter of Storms (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=138995&&name=scepter-of-storms) have 25% drop chance, so there is a chance of not dropping for few runs.
