Bug description: The item should have a dropchance on all of your characters. It seems that if you have the quest completed on 1 character, you won't get a drop on any other character.
Proof: Sadly I'm not sure how to proof it with screenshots or something.
However, I asked several people that farmed it for weeks, and they didn't get any drop. Probably because they had the quest completed on 1 character.
I also asked people who only got 1 character, without the quest completed, and they got it several minutes later.

that its not true, I got`it on 3 of my chars on the same account. used the same location every time, waited till sentinax was above the area where the "Ancient Bones" world quest is and got`it in less than 1 hour(got`it today actually on 3rd char).

Ohh, guess we all got bad luck then. I think this topic could be closed. Still wondering how you got it on several characters. A lot of people, inclusing me, didn't get any drop for weeks after we completed the quest on 1 character.

farmed the normal mobs under the sentinax in the area I said, was in the raid group that was farming sentinax at that moment but I was concentrating on the normal mobs not portals so that shouldn't matter at all
