[REJECTED] [Broken Shore] Tailoring legendary questline failed to start after Nether Disruptor quest

Bug description: I got the Armorcrafter's Commendation item after completing construction of the Nether Disruptor, but I did not receive the next quest of the tailoring questline where I need to bring the Armorcrafter's Commendation to Eliezer. I tried relogging, deleting cache and I destroyed the quest item to see if something would happen. Talking to Eliezer did nothing as well.
Proof: I don't think there's a way to prove this using an image. I have the Nether Disruptor quest completed on my character, I can prove that if necessary.
