Bug description: Charged a mob in the Broken Shore starting scenario, clipped through the floor and died. Tried to release and use the "character stuck" but both failed

Was spamming release, and somehow didn't die one time, kept falling and eventually hit the "bottom" and got to Hearth out

Use the website unstuck tool if you find yourself stuck somewhere, it revives you and brings you to your hearthstone location.
