Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When Cunning of the Cruel procs,it attacks CC'd targets.It was fixed,but unfortunately this bug appeared again...
Dovada / Proof:

1st : http://imgur.com/bz2EHFW (Target cc'ed)
2nd: http://imgur.com/dTynBvb (Shadowbolt volley flying and is about to hit the target)

Cunning should attack CC'ed targets, just letting you know, was breaking polys and stuff on retail like crazy.

My question is: Will it break cc'd targets when it procs?

Just tested with Polymorph- Yes, proc broke it.
