Bug description: The pendant did not drop after killing Wrath of Azshara

I saw that 1 person completed the quest , but i tried a few times already this dungeon yesterday , and 1 more time today. Please help me understand what i'm doing wrong.

Did you try doing it on different difficulties ?

I joined custom Dungeon , checked normal and heroic , but i think only in heroic mode so far. Should i do it in normal or mythic ?

It should be available for all difficulties .
