Bug description: When i use on target https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191747&&name=scourge-of-worlds it apply https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=55090&&name=scourge-strike when i have https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=207311&&name=clawing-shadows talent.

The https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=191747&&name=scourge-of-worlds increases the dmg for scourge strike and clawing shadows perfectly fine and for the tool tip on the target is indeed bugged since it changes to clawing shadows on the ability when looking at the traits but shows as scourge strike once applied to target.

It's the same on retail. Once again: debuffs cannot calculate with modifiers present on OTHER targets (meaning Scourge of Worlds applied to the ENEMY target CANNOT know if you - the caster - have Scourge Strike or Clawing Shadows talent. It's not even a visual bug, it's the same on retail.

The damage is properly increased for both abilities.
