So dummy has 25k armor. That's 35% dmg reduction.
I did 24.4k SS on it and 18.8k SSShadow.
24.4k hit at 35% dmg reduction = 37.5k at 0% damage reduction.
SSShadow is 50% of the SS, so 18.8 = 50% * 37.5k.

It's all working.

Now regarding SSShadow from SS and Mastery.





It's increased by Mastery.

In your photos, in the first one you did 34k SS and in the second 38k SS. That's 4k damage difference. Means 2k more shadow damage in the second picture. So even if you have less mastery, you have more initial damage.
