Bug description: I can't complete this quest because the npc is not where it should be. I think maybe this is related to the fact that i have my garrison already built. According to freakz database, there should be 2 spawns of the npc (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=76411&&name=farseer-drek-thar), but none of them is shown for me. I've tried entering the different "phases" of the garrison (from flypath, from hs, directly from the quest teelport, etc.) and nothing.

Open a ticket ingame and ask a GM to reward you the missing quests since you started the chain when it wasn't linked properly.
