Bug description: I did now 5.9mil max on living seed overheal and i should did 14mil max for my gear.
Before that useless post maked by ''Sourlemon'' i was giving exactly 13.652.556 overhealing on living seed(and i calculated that, i should did exactly 13.652.556) and now, after that ''fix'' i did max 5.9mil.
I DONT KNOW HOW A GM WHO DON'T PLAY DRUID RESTO AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLAY DRUID CAN MAKE A USELESS POST LIKE THAT WITH TESTING HEALING ON DUMMY AND AFTER MAKE A USELESS POST WITH NO SENSE AND AUTO CONFIRM ON FORUM.
You should test healing/overhealing on dungeons/raids, not on dummy.LOL. And dont auto confirm your posts if you dont know play that class.
Proof: Initial healing living seed: 2646360 (this is max initial healing on living seed for my gear, living seed initial healing are based on Intelect/spell power) (i've max 63125 intelect with flask and potion Proof:https://imgur.com/a/negsPqG
I have 25% mastery and 5 HoTs, 15% heal increase from Velen, 5% from finger and 40% from trait.
After 25% increase: 0.25x2646360=661590(25%) + initial healing (2646360) = 3307950
After 25% increase: 826987+3307950 = 4134937
after 25% increase: 1033734+4134937= 5168671
after 25% increase: 1292167+5168671= 6460838
after 25% increase: 1615209+6460838= 8076047
after 15% increase: 1211407+8076047= 9287454
after 5% increase: 464372+9287454=9751826
after 40% increase: 3900730+9751826=13652556 Final healing

You got used to a broken spell which healed for too much.

Also gm's / class mods play multiple classes and are thoroughly experienced with them, so don't try to rage and make such reports.
